📋 Calm Clarissa
Hi, I’m Calm Clarissa, queen of checklists for UK preppers.
I’ve been doing this since 1987. There’s a plan for every scenario, a checklist for every plan, and — obviously — a laminated copy of every checklist. This is where I keep the versions you can actually download.
Everything here has been checked, tested, and organised properly. Janet has spares.

Government Emergency Kit Checklist — one page, ten items, a box to tick off as you check each one. It matches the official government list exactly, because someone had to make it useful. Free to download, obviously.

Winter Car Checklist — the autumn car checks, the tools to do them yourself, and everything that should live in the cabin and the boot until spring, plus a quick list for before every winter journey. I do mine on the first Sunday in October. Janet holds the torch.

Water Checklist — one page covering the 72-hour minimum, a realistic two-week supply, and where to actually keep it all. It even reminds you about the hot water tank, because nobody ever remembers the hot water tank. Free to download.

Food Checklist — a 72-hour list and a full two-week list per person, plus babies, pets, and a proper rotation system. Oldest at the front, newest at the back, everything labelled with the date. Janet says I’m thorough. Janet is correct.

Power and Lighting Checklist — torches, batteries, power banks, keeping warm, and the safety kit that goes with all of it. One page. Charge the power banks every month; I have a calendar reminder for that, and a backup reminder for the reminder.
